This Customer Agreement ("Agreement") governs access to and use of the Tabit platform ("Tabit", "Service"), operated by InterSub Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.
Tabit provides analytical insights into team dynamics, interaction patterns, and organizational structure, primarily for early-stage investment evaluation.
The Service analyzes teams as systems of interaction rather than isolated individuals and does not verify real-world identities.
Tabit does not provide investment, legal, or employment advice. All outputs are analytical signals generated by interpretive, model-based analysis.
Outputs do not represent objective truth, factual statements, or guarantees of future outcomes and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment or business decisions.
The Service is not intended for use as a basis for employment decisions, including hiring, termination, or changes to compensation. Outputs provide analytical signals about team dynamics and should be interpreted within that context.
Users may submit information about companies, teams, roles, and people. The use of real names or personally identifiable information is not required.
All data submitted to or generated by the Service is held by Tabit. Users receive access to data based on their role; this access does not constitute ownership or transfer of data.
Assessment responses are not accessible in raw form to any user. Analytical results are made available as follows:
Access to analytical results depends on who initiated and paid for the assessment.
In all cases, analytical data remains held by Tabit. Access rights do not constitute ownership or transfer of data. Analytical outputs are system-generated results and are distinct from raw input data.
Raw input data is retained only as necessary to operate the Service. Analytical results may be stored to allow users to revisit prior analyses.
Tabit does not sell personal data and processes information in accordance with applicable U.S. laws.
All rights to the Service, including its methodology, models, logic, and presentation, remain the exclusive property of InterSub Inc.
Service outputs may be used internally for business purposes but may not be publicly disclosed, marketed, or presented as standalone evaluations without prior written consent.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. The Core plan includes 3 active monitoring slots and is billed monthly at the published rate.
Additional monitoring slots may be added at the published per-slot rate. Changes to the number of slots โ additions or removals โ take effect in the following billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Auto-renewal may be cancelled at any time from account settings. If cancelled before the end of the current billing period, access continues until the period ends and does not renew.
If a payment fails, active monitoring slots are moved to the archive and monitoring is suspended. Service resumes upon successful payment.
Refund requests submitted within 7 days of a billing date will be honored upon contacting support at legal@thetabit.cc.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabit shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including investment losses.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Access may be suspended or terminated if this Agreement is violated or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Upon account deletion, the following applies by role:
