Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 4, 2026  ·  Operated by InterSub Inc., a Delaware C Corporation

This Privacy Policy explains how Tabit ("Tabit", "Service") collects, uses, and processes information when you access or use the platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that users voluntarily provide, which varies by role within the Service. Investors provide a name, company name, and email address. Founders may optionally provide a display name and configure company structure information, including department names and role titles. Team members provide a display name upon accepting an invitation. Real names are not required — users may enter any display name they choose. Users remain responsible for the content of information they submit.

We also collect standard technical and usage information automatically, such as device and browser data, IP address, timestamps, pages visited, and feature usage.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate and maintain the Service, generate analytical outputs, improve functionality and reliability, enhance user experience, and communicate with users regarding the Service.

We use standard product analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Service, including aggregated usage metrics such as session duration, feature adoption, and navigation patterns.

Analytics data is used solely for internal product improvement purposes and is not sold, shared for advertising, or used for cross-site tracking.

3. Analytical Data and Outputs

Data submitted to the Service is processed to generate analytical results related to team dynamics and organizational structure.

Assessment responses are not accessible in raw form to any user, including founders and investors. Analytical results derived from assessments are displayed as follows: founders may view aggregated results broken down by team member, role, department, and assessment date; team members may view their own aggregated results by metric and assessment date; investors may access only company-level aggregated results and the composite team status across completed assessment cycles.

Analytical outputs are system-generated, aggregated results and are treated differently from raw input data. They may be stored to allow users to revisit prior analyses, subject to access rules defined in the Customer Agreement.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

Information may be shared only:

Access to information between founders, investors, and other users follows the visibility and access rules defined in the Customer Agreement.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to support core functionality and collect standard usage analytics. Cookies are not used for advertising purposes or to track users across third-party websites.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable, industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Users in the European Economic Area may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact legal@thetabit.cc.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Users may access, update, or delete their account information via account settings or by contacting us, subject to the functionality of the Service.

Requests regarding data access or deletion may be submitted to: legal@thetabit.cc

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
